A brief bio for those who would like to know a little more of me:
From a very young age I have always been drawn to dance, especially salsa. As soon as I was of age to go out and dance I did just that...
Shortly thereafter, in 1999, I came across someone who was actually taking lessons. I went to DC one night and joined them in class and it has been a wrap ever since! I began dancing in DC when there were maybe three dance companies, tops. I have been in and out, but many of the well-established dancers in the DC area know me and are dear friends of mine.
Experiencing the long drives down to DC and Virginia, and still having to drive over half and hour to reach Baltimore at times, lead me to decide to bring salsa to Columbia and Howard County. I know many people in this area doing the same drives that I was doing to experience a good dance class or fun party. I hope to in time establish a few areas in our own backyard to teach and dance.
